Sullivan Productions (d/b/a SLVN Media) ("SLVN Media," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

Information you provide

  • Account information for internal staff, clients, and crew members: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, role, company affiliation.
  • Business data you input or upload: client records, projects, invoices, payments, tasks, calendar events, files, messages.
  • Payment-related information for invoice processing via Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment card details directly; we do not store card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: for authentication sessions and basic analytics.

Information from third parties

  • Google OAuth (for administrator sign-in): email, name, profile photo, Google account ID.
  • Google Calendar and Gmail (optional integrations): calendar events and email metadata relevant to production workflows.
  • QuickBooks (optional integration): accounting records you choose to sync.
  • Stripe: transaction status and metadata for invoices you pay through the Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that host or process data on our behalf, including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google, QuickBooks, and Anthropic.
  • Legal and safety disclosures: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required for accounting, tax, or legal reasons.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

European Economic Area / UK residents (GDPR)

Our lawful bases for processing are (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) consent where specifically requested. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection laws.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
