Terms of Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping, rate-exhausting requests, or denial-of-service attempts
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious (malware, viruses, etc.)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

SLVN Media retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and proprietary content. You retain ownership of the data, files, and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant SLVN Media a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google (Calendar, Gmail, OAuth), QuickBooks, and Anthropic. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Where applicable, invoicing, payments, and financial arrangements are governed by the separate agreements between SLVN Media and each client or crew member. Use of the Service does not by itself create a fee obligation.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLVN MEDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SLVN Media from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
